Molly Kubiak is a Senior Analyst with extensive experience in government assistance, as well as legal and regulatory analysis. Prior to joining Harvey M. Rose Associates, she worked with a Virginia-based training and development firm creating courses in federal grants law and administration. She has also worked with several federal agencies, including the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, the Department of State, and the Department of the Interior, where she served as a Presidential Management Fellow handling federal loan guarantees to tribally-owned businesses. Ms. Kubiak is a Virginia-barred attorney with a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and a B.S. from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service.
