Eliza Pugh is an Analyst with experience in policy analysis and local government. Eliza holds a B.A. in Government from Harvard University and completed her Master of Public Policy degree at UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy. In graduate school, Eliza wrote her master’s thesis analyzing gaps in treatment services of Alameda County’s behavioral health system. Prior to joining Harvey Rose, Eliza worked for two different elected Berkeley Councilmembers primarily researching policy issues, drafting memos and legislation, and conducting constituent relations.
