Sarah is a Senior Analyst with policy and data analysis experience at the local and federal level. Prior to joining Harvey Rose, she worked as an Economic Research Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco. Sarah completed her Master of Public Policy at the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Smith College. During her second year at Goldman, Sarah worked with the Alameda County Treasurer-Tax Collector to complete a policy analysis project on the Public Bank East Bay.
