Nemesio Cabral is a Senior Analyst with significant experience in policy and data analysis in local and state government. Prior to joining Harvey M. Rose Associates, Nemesio worked with a research institution based at University of California, Berkeley where he partnered with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office and as an intern with the California Department of Finance’s Corrections and General Government unit. Nemesio previously worked for a nonprofit in downtown Los Angeles providing legal services to immigrants in California and interned with the U.S. Department of Education in Washington, D.C. Mr. Cabral holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of California, Irvine and a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
