Karrie Tam is a Senior Analyst with experience in fiscal and policy analysis, legislative analysis, and applied research. Prior to joining Harvey M. Rose Associates, Ms. Tam worked for the San Francisco Board of Supervisors Budget & Legislative Analyst’s Office where she made recommendations to the Budget & Finance Committee regarding the fiscal impact of legislation. She has also previously worked for a social impact consulting firm providing research, evaluation, planning and technical assistance services to public and social sector organizations. Ms. Tam holds a Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley in Political Science and a Master of Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
