Estefania Suarez is a Senior Analyst with experience in research, data analysis, and auditing. Prior to joining Harvey M. Rose Associates, she worked at Demand Side Analytics, an energy consulting firm where she conducted impact evaluations, large-scale cost–benefit analyses, and survey implementation projects. She has also worked with think tanks and nonprofit organizations, conducting research and developing policy recommendations for government agencies, international cooperation organizations, nonprofits, and the private sector. Estefania earned her Master of Public Policy from UC Berkeley’s Goldman School of Public Policy and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador. While at the Goldman School, she collaborated with the Office of the City Auditor in Oakland on two audits, including a citywide pay equity audit and an audit of emergency response times.
