Daniela Estrada is a Senior Analyst with policy analysis experience at the state and local level. Prior to Joining Harvey M. Rose Associates, she served as a Policy Analyst for the California Department of Social Services and the Sutter County Superior Court. Daniela earned her Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Irvine. During her time at Goldman, she worked on a variety of projects. She examined inequality indicators across the state with California 100, identified opportunities to maximize federal funding for the k-12 school meals with the Legislative Analyst’s Office, and conducted a policy analysis that identified barriers to student uptake of public benefits with California Competes.
