Rashi Kesarwani is a Senior Analyst with wide-ranging public sector experience in fiscal, budget, and policy analysis, as well as management and performance audits. Alongside her work at Harvey M. Rose Associates, Ms. Kesarwani is completing her second elected term on the Berkeley City Council, where she has distinguished herself as a policy leader on housing and homelessness. She previously held budget leadership roles at the San Francisco Human Services Agency and served as a health and human services subject-matter expert for the California Legislative Analyst’s Office. Ms. Kesarwani holds a Master of Public Policy from U.C. Berkeley and a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.
