In accordance with Proposition E, our office conducted an analysis of 1) the annual financial cost of the City’s Charter- and ordinance-based boards and commissions, 2) the financial impacts of eliminating Charter-based boards and commissions only, and 3) the financial impacts of consolidating Charter-based boards and commissions with other bodies.
