The San Jose Mercury News has published an article highlighting the retirement of Roger Mialocq, a Partner with Harvey M. Rose Associates and the Chief of the Santa Clara County Management Audit Division. Mr. Mialocq served in this role for the firm in our contracted role as the Management Audit Division for 36 years.
