Kate Traynor is a Senior Analyst with experience in local government, federal program implementation, and land use. Prior to joining Harvey M. Rose Associates, she worked with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, DC where she implemented policy to preserve at-risk affordable housing and finance the revitalization of public housing authorities. Prior to that, she conducted market research to drive local community development. Ms. Traynor holds a Bachelor of Arts from Oberlin College and a Master in Urban Planning from the Luskin School of Public Affairs at the University of California, Los Angeles.
