Joshua Oehler is a Senior Analyst with extensive experience in public policy analysis. Before joining Harvey M. Rose Associates, he worked for eight years at an advocacy organization in Arizona that was a part of the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities, State Priorities Partnership, and the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s KIDS COUNT Network. There he analyzed state and federal budget and public policies related to economic opportunity. Prior to that, he was a case manager and administrator at the largest single adult homeless shelter in Arizona and for a transitional shelter for homeless youth. He started his career in public policy as an AmeriCorps Promise Fellow. Joshua has a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany, a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University, and is in the process of completing a Master in Public Affairs at the Goldman School of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley.
