Harvey Rose is a recognized leader in the field of public sector management auditing and fiscal analysis. He has dedicated his career to improving public sector operations through the use of management audits and budget analysis. Prior to establishing HMR in 1979, Harvey Rose served as civil service Budget Analyst to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, Auditor General of the State of California, Management Examiner for the City Administrative Office of the City of Los Angeles, and Supervisory Auditor for the Los Angeles Region of the U.S. General Accounting Office. Harvey Rose holds a B.A. in Accounting from the University of Miami.
